The town of Haxby and the village of Wigginton make up a community of about thirteen thousand people. Haxby and Wigginton merge into each other so only those who deliver the post and the parish councillors know where one ends and the other begins. They are situated north of the York, just outside the ring road. Together they have everything you’d expect in small town, plus the benefits of the city in one direction and the countryside in the other.
Below you will find a range of community related links which we hope you will find useful as well as providing a flavour of the local community.
